Shareholding Structure of Kiatnakin Phatra Financial Group

Kiatnakin Phatra Bank, the parent company of the Group, operates the commercial banking business. KKP Capital PCL. is the Bank’s subsidiary company, which is a holding company and KKP Tower Company Limited, another its subsidiary company, operates the office rental and property management business for the Bank and subsidiary companies. KKP Capital has subsidiary companies which consist of Kiatnakin Phatra Securities PCL., which is a securities and derivatives broker, and Kiatnakin Phatra Asset Management Co.Ltd., which is asset management company. KKP Dime Securities Company Limited, subsidiary company, operates digital financial and investment services.
